Thank you Jim for being a catalyst for doing what should have been done long ago.<br /><br />When I moved to this area in the early 80's all of the traffic was going into LA in the morning and back home to the Conejo area in the evening. In a little over 20 years that has changed. The traffic is coming to this area to work and create. We reside in a center of business activity that controls some of the biggest and most dynamic companies in the country. Creating a leadership resource and mentoring program would be a key enabler in allowing this area to take its rightful place of influence. <br /><br />Maybe it's time we create a vision of the area to match your vision for "The 101 Leaders Institute." It's time all in the area speak with pride and vision about what we can become...together. What is the term we use to describe the area? How about the powerful, growing, dynamic "101 Economic Corridor." "The 101 Leadership Institute" cannot be for lightweights--and this area has not realized how powerful and influencial we are...and can be. <br /><br />This isn't a time for competition; it is a time for colaboration.
