One thing I've noticed in some of the organizations that I work with is that the employees are scared right now. It's easy to see why... Turn on the news anytime of day and all you'll hear is doom/gloom (It's sexy and sizzles better than hope/optimism!) Now more than ever leaders need to "step-up" their game.
