By the time the 1980’s were over, Jim Cathcart had already written nine books.  He pioneered the concept of relationship selling and wrote a best selling book by the same name that has become an industry classic and a standard that many organizations use as their sales philosophy.  From that early success, Jim turned his focus to the subject of transformation and how to achieve a personal and professional change.
