- Brings his own laptop & USB or sends PowerPoint presentation in advance
- Usually Requests:
- Large screen, positioned off-center or rear-screen
- 2 cables: 1.) a cable to connect the computer projection system to his Macbook Pro Laptop, and 2.) a mini-jack cable from laptop into the room sound system
- Full room lighting throughout presentation
- Open platform with NO head table
- Lavaliere (clip-on) wireless microphone

- Pays bureau’s fee from the actual fee paid by the client
- Bureau gets 25% of fee for programs they confirm and 25% of net profit on products they sell
- Extra sales materials furnished quickly on request
- Brochures are “bureau friendly” and available online via email link

| PROGRAM PREPARATION |
- Jim is willing and eager to speak with the client to aid in their planning or decision making
- Jim sends a multi-page pre-program questionnaire to each client well in advance of the meeting
- He likes to review websites, brochures and flyers from the client organization and wants a copy of the official convention program in advance to see what precedes and follows him.
